• Scholarship identification and application support
• Visa documentation guidance and pre-departure briefings

2. No Guarantee of Admission

Grad Axis provides advisory support only. We do not guarantee admission to any university or program. University admissions decisions are made solely by the respective institutions, and outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including applicant profile, institutional priorities, and available seats.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic and professional background
• Submit all documents, forms, and applications within agreed timelines
• Inform us promptly of any changes in your profile, circumstances, or application preferences
• Take ownership of final application submissions — you are responsible for reviewing all materials before submission

4. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are outlined in the engagement agreement signed at the time of enrolment
• Fees are non-refundable once a service milestone has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• In the event of a dispute regarding services rendered, both parties agree to resolve it amicably before pursuing legal remedies

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal data, essays, or application materials with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Grad Axis Consultancy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Application essays, SOPs, and other materials co-developed with our team are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or published.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep information on our website current and accurate, including details about universities, programs, deadlines, and scholarship data. However, this information is provided for general guidance only. Always verify details directly with the respective institution before making decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grad Axis shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of admission opportunity, scholarship, or career outcome
• Delays, errors, or rejections caused by third-party portals, universities, or government bodies
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services if a client provides fraudulent information, engages in misconduct, or violates these terms. In such cases, fees already paid will not be refunded.

Clients may discontinue services at any time by providing written notice. Refund eligibility will be as per the signed engagement agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
